When we were growing up, we used to say “Sticks and stones can break my bones, but words can’t hurt me!”. This statement is entirely not true. The Bible tells us that “the tongue is like a roaring lion…”. Words can, does, and will hurt, when we argue/fight unfairly, when we nag incessantly, and when we don’t follow God’s directions for a good fight. This sermon teaches how to fight fairly within the context of marriage.
Using the Biblical book of Solomon, this “straight talk” sermon speaks directly on how to have a happy, healthy sex life and the importance God places on this in the marriage context.
Note: Due to the content, listener discretion is advised especially if young children are close by.
